SUMMARY:Human Rights and Democracy Lab
DESCRIPTION:  \nCreative\, biographical and experiential approaches to human rights and democracy education in youth work\nThe Human Rights & Democracy Lab brings together youth workers from different European organizations to exchange practices and explore innovative approaches to human rights and democracy education in youth work. The training focuses on creative\, biographical and experiential learning methods such as dialogue-based exercises\, theatre approaches\, Betzavta inspired activities\, nonviolent communication and reflective group processes. Through workshops\, practice-sharing\, open space sessions and collaborative reflection\, participants will explore current challenges\, share best practices and develop new ideas for human rights education in youth work. \nParticipants will: \n\nexplore contemporary approaches to Human Rights Education (HRE) in youth work\nexchange best practices and experiences from different European contexts\ngain practical experience with creative\, biographical and experiential learning methods\nreflect on their own role as youth workers in promoting human rights and democratic participation\ndevelop ideas for implementing human rights education in their own organizations\nbuild international connections and partnerships for future cooperation in youth work.\n\nThe training course is founded by Erasmus+ Youth – Mobility for Youth Workers. \nParticipation fee: 100 € \nFor the organizations who are not able to pay the fee – please contact us – we will find a solution. \nThe international travel costs will be reimbursed according to the rules of the Erasmus+ Youth \n\n\n\nDistance\nGreen travel\nNot sustainable travel\n\n\n10 – 99 km\n56 EUR\n28 EUR\n\n\n100 – 499 km\n285 EUR\n211 EUR\n\n\n500 – 1999 km\n417 EUR\n309 EUR\n\n\n2000 – 2999 km\n535 EUR\n395 EUR\n\n\n3000 – 3999 km\n785 EUR\n580 EUR\n\n\n4000 – 7999 km\n1188 EUR\n1188 EUR\n\n\n\n  \nIf you are interested in this training course\, please fill in the application form till 15.07.26.
