Departments

The Inclusion Department provides educational programs aimed at fostering a culture of mutual appreciation within organizations, groups, and associations. Everyone should be able to find their own place and thrive in all their diversity. To this end, barriers are identified collaboratively, and pathways toward respectful and inclusive coexistence are developed.

The Courageous Department focuses on putting civil courage and democratic principles into practice in everyday life. It works to protect diversity and promote democratic values through targeted educational initiatives aimed at combating racism and discrimination.

The Borderless Department organizes international youth exchanges and professional exchange programs across borders. We coordinate and send volunteers through the European Solidarity Corps programme. As a Eurodesk partner, we also provide guidance to young people interested in volunteering abroad, undertaking an internship, or working as an au pair.

The Qualified Department offers 52 core topics in migration pedagogy developed by Jubi. These topics are organized into four areas: Difference, Society, Identity, and Fields of Practice. They are offered in sessions of at least three hours and can be booked as workshops, seminars, or workshop series. Individuals and groups can also earn certification through the Basic Training in Migration Pedagogy programme.

The Connected Department works closely with partner organizations and networks to further develop questions and approaches in migration pedagogy and to promote anti-racist perspectives as an essential foundation. At the local, regional, and national levels, we are connected with experts, alliances, and organizations that share our commitment to creating positive change in society.
